Though it’s not well known, England, in the 1940’s, had effective control of all American nuclear bombs. Is it possible that this has remained the case ever since? The little-known Quebec Agreement, between Great Britain and the USA, was signed, by FDR and Churchill, in Quebec, on August 19, 1943. Officially, it is called, “Articles of Agreement Governing Collaboration Between The Authorities of the USA and the UK in the Matter of Tube Alloys.” Tube alloys was code for nuclear bombs; later it also became code for Plutonium. The agreement was about the creation and use of nuclear bombs. Here is the Quebec Agreement:

The few books that refer to the Quebec Agreement, leave out the most crucial clauses. This includes, Richard Rhodes’ book, “The Making of the Atomic Bomb, and Peter Vogel’s book, "The Last Wave From Port Chicago.” Even though this Agreement is both about military matters and foreign policy, it was never ratified by Congress. Congress funds the military by law, and also has oversight on foreign policy matters. The People were also kept in the dark about it for many years. I can surmise why. Its most potent clauses are unconstitutional. It provided for the USA to spend huge amounts of money on nuclear bombs, and create a vast nuclear arsenal, yet giving control of all this to London. It “legalized” the loss of American sovereignty to the British. Except that Constitutional scholars would likely declare it (or the lack of proper ratification) unconstitutional.
For now, let’s examine some of its actual wording.
“It is agreed between us"
“First, that we will never use this agency against each other.”
“Secondly, that we will not use it against third parties without each other’s consent.”
“Thirdly, that we will not either of us communicate any information about Tube Alloys to third parties except by mutual consent.”
The Fourth point dealt with the financing of these matters.
The fifth point set up the “Combined Policy Committee” which was composed of three Americans, two Brits, and one Canadian.
“The functions of this Committee, subject to the control of the respective governments, will be:
1. To agree from time to time upon the programme of work to be carried out in the two countries.
2. To keep all sections of the project under constant review.
3. To allocate materials, apparatus, and plant, in limited supply in accordance with the requirements of the programme agreed by the Committee.
4. To settle any questions which may arise on the interpretation or application of this Agreement”
“b. There shall be complete interchange of information and ideas on all sections of the project between members of the Policy Committee immediate technical advisors.”
“c. In the field of scientific research and development there shall be effective interchange of information and ideas between those in the two countries engaged in the same sections of the field.”
“d. In the field of design, construction and operation of large-scale plants, interchange of information and ideas shall be regulated by such arrangements as may, in each section of the field, appear to be necessary or desirable if the project is to be brought to fruition at the earliest moment. Such ad hoc arrangements shall be subject to the approval of the Committee.”

Officially, the Quebec Agreement is [mis-]interpreted as American control of England, but this is an ignorant view of Ultimate Truths. Notice that there is no clause regarding what will ensue if one party violates the Agreement, as most contracts contain. Notice also the clauses of the Quebec Agreement that give immense powers, and loss of American sovereignty, to England. E.g., if London gave nuclear bombs to a third party, and instructed them to nuke American cities, the U.S. could NOT retaliate against that third party, nor against England either--without English consent! Now this is NOT so far fetched because we now know that Hitler was a British Agent, and London thus had the German Nazis bomb England and perform the many other horrors that it did-- including everything that happened in WWII! Everything Nazi Germany did was at the behest of London! Would any country give up its right to self-preservation, if it had a choice? Especially in regards to a nation as evil as England!
If the reader is not familiar with the true nature of England, I will briefly cite numerous examples. The British used Smallpox-laden blankets to cause an epidemic among American Indians before the Revolutionary War-- perhaps the first episode of Germ Warfare. During the War for Independence, the British behavior was so monstrous that the victorious colonies considered having German be the new, official language. The British, numerous times, rounded up the wives and children of American soldiers, and placed them in churches, which they then locked, and burnt to the ground. In the 1850’s, the British exterminated 5.5 million Irish people with a fake famine. The British mandated all grain and livestock be shipped to England-- leaving only potatoes, which then had a blight-- the latter probably not by accident. Mass graves are still being dug up throughout Ireland. During the British occupation of India, millions there were killed. I will have more on the following below, but all the murders during WWII are traced to London, as Adolf Hitler has been shown to be a British agent. This includes 13 million people exterminated in the death camps, and the tens of millions of soldiers and civilians killed throughout Europe from 1939-1945.
Let us return to the Quebec Agreement. It was followed by another related agreement. The Anglo-American Declaration of Trust, of June 13, 1944 (also signed by FDR and Churchill), was perhaps even more ominous and unconstitutional. This agreement came about one year after the Quebec Agreement, and refers to it, and in some ways supercedes it. This even lesser known agreement, was also signed by FDR and Churchill, just 33 days and some hours before the Port Chicago nuclear blast.
Superficially it concerned “Uranium and Thorium”. I do not know for sure whether the Thorium mention was because, at that time, physicists thought that that element was of equivalent importance to Uranium, in matters of nuclear fission (which briefly was the case), or whether it was code for Plutonium. They wished to keep all Plutonium matters secret, as they did by calling fission bombs, “tube alloys” in the Quebec Agreement. The Anglo-American Trust established the “Combined Development Trust” to be in Washington, D.C. Six persons would administer the Trust, and would be named by the Combined Policy Committee of the Quebec Agreement. Note the absence of the word “legal” in section 2g: “Undertake any functions or operations which conduce to the effective carrying out of the purpose of the Trust in the common interest.” Similarly section 4 allows the delegation of vague authority to “agents and employees”. Likewise, from section 5, the agents can “acquire and hold any property.” Note again the absence of the word, “Legal.”
Most ominous are sections 7 and 8, and the sections I have here in bold.
“7. In the event of the Combined Policy Committee ceasing to exist, the functions of the Committee under the Trust shall be performed by such other body or person as may be designated by the President for the time being of the United States of America and the Prime Minister for the time being of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. “
“8. The signatories of this Agreement and Declaration of Trust will, as soon as practicable after the conclusion of hostilities, recommend to their respective Governments the extension and revision of this war-time emergency agreement to cover post war conditions and its formalization by treaty or other proper method. This Agreement and Declaration of Trust shall continue in full force and effect until such extension or revision”
Note, in section 7, the phrase, “President for the time being of the United States of America.” Why have the phrase, “for the time being”? Is this innocent, or does it refer to something akin to the unconstitutional, “Continuity of Government” matters that have been more recently brought to light? Likewise, Section 7 implies if the Quebec Agreement is terminated, the President and/or the Prime Minister can designate someone to keep it going regardless! Then section 8, seems to state that if these agreements are never further acted upon, they remain in force in perpetuity!
Now let us look at the Ottawa Agreement and the Anglo American Declaration of Trust, at a much deeper level. Most treaties are made between two countries that need something from each other. But Great Britain brought nothing to the table! Regarding creating and manufacturing nuclear bombs, the U.K. offered no essential scientists, engineers, finances, fissile material, know how, etc. The only logical reason for Roosevelt (descended from the evil King Edward/Longshanks, as are the Bushes and Clintons) to sign such a (secret) treaty, was that Roosevelt was a British Agent. I conclude that there are one or more parts of these treaties that have never been made public-- because there must have been some secret part of these agreements that included the code for what “tube alloys” really meant! Were there other, never to be released, parts of these agreements as well? E.g., saying that these treaties could never be rescinded? These would be classified to such a level that few human beings would have access to these documents-- yet they would be signed by agents, such as FDR and Churchill. There is also another frightening factor to consider in all of this. If the Agreements between the U.K., and the USA contain such sovereignty-yielding and unconstitutional clauses, and we know about these; what totally unknown treaties between the two parties, might be in existence, and be far worse, that will never see the light of day, unless a real revolution were to take place?
In more detail, Congress never ratified these treaties, even after the War ended-- which is the lawful and Constitutional procedure. Thus London had effective control of nuclear matters in the United States, for at least a number of years. And the entirety of the two “Agreements”-- including their vague, ominous clauses, and the entirety of the history of England, and its known (to true conspiracy experts) control of the U.S.A., including the numerous American Presidents who are/were of the “Bloodline” (see here anonymous-physicist.blogspot.com)-- indicate the sinister likelihood that such English control has continued to the present. The British are notorious for never giving up something they own or control-- like Northern Ireland. And when, on the surface, they are “kicked out,” they merely find a hidden way to maintain, or regain, control! This can be via having its agents become the presidents and prime ministers of countries like the USA and the Republic of Ireland-- that on the surface-- won their “independence.” Their agents then sign “Agreements”; SOME OF WHICH MAY NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY. This is how the will of the People, and of Congresses gets subverted. I assert that it is unlikely that England would have given up its control of American nukes. It would have just made this control more hidden, as is its control of Ireland and the USA, which remains to this day. The latter is, of course, evidenced by WWI and WWII. Whenever England was supposedly, in danger, it always managed to get its slave state, the USA, to go to war, and bail them out. Even though, in each case, the American President (Wilson, FDR) first publicly declared that he would NOT go to War in Europe!
Now, as a physicist, I learned well how to extrapolate-- where feasible. If England, in effect, gave the “Bomb” e.g., to France (which it did), wouldn’t England likely also have mandated a similar agreement with France (that would also be kept secret)? And if France, in effect, gave the “Bomb” to Israel, which it did, wouldn’t an agreement between Israel and France, or perhaps more likely, between Israel and England, also have been mandated, and so on? And don’t forget “spies” in England, and the USA, gave the “Bomb” to the USSR. In Part V of my Ultimate Truths revelations, I cited the British spy ring of Kim Philby, Donald Maclean, Guy Burgess, Anthony Blunt and John Cairncross; and I detailed how they were allowed for years to give British and American nuclear secrets to the USSR. They were allowed to either eventually escape, or in the case of Blunt, to be made the Queen’s “Royal” Art Adviser! I therefore concluded that what they did was British policy, and by the Quebec agreement, their sharing with the third party, the USSR, was approved, by the JUNIOR partner, the USA, which had no choice, as the U.S. Govt is controlled by the British regime. Sherman Skolnick, a bona fide conspiracy expert-- and non-intel agent-- wrote that Britain, and the Jesuits controlled America, at least since 1841 with the poisoning assassination of President Harrison, just 35 days after his inauguration. Of course, George Washington was a 33rd degree Freemason, and the USA may have always been controlled by these nefarious groups.
Similarly, the USSR gave fission reactors to China, which enabled the Chinese to obtain the “A-Bomb, in 1964. In the matter of India’s and Pakistan’s nukes, may be the Karen Silkwood affair. Karen Silkwood, in the early 1970’s, was murdered after she ascertained, and was about to reveal, that the Kerr McGee Plutonium processing plant, where she worked, was missing hundreds of kilograms of Plutonium. Curiously this was at the time that India and Pakistan were working to obtain a nuclear bomb. So this controlled proliferation (despite official claims of being against proliferation), IMO, leads back to London having control of all nuclear weapons on Planet Earth, at this time, via probable secret agreements (similar to the Quebec Agreements) with all other countries that were given nuclear bombs. Speaking of deliberate proliferation, Richard Rhodes, in his book, “Dark Sun: The Making of the Hydrogen Bomb” (read here) stated that 100% of the plans to make an H-bomb are in a public museum in Moscow!
Sometimes (the usual behind the scenes) British control of all things nuclear, and of the world in general, sneaks into the mainstream media. Such was the case in 2005, when the following was revealed about the 1982 Falklands War between Argentina and Great Britain. Note that the Falkland Islands, near mainland Argentina, is sometimes referred to as worthless land inhabited by just a few sheep, and even less people. Nevertheless the psychiatrist-- Ali Magoudi-- of French President Mitterand wrote a book whereby he revealed that Mitterand told him that British Prime Minister Thatcher threatened to nuke Argentina, unless Mitterand gave him the codes for the Exocet missile. This occurred after this French-made missile, fired from a French-made jet, led to the sinking of the British destroyer, HMS Sheffield, during the Falklands War. I have a different interpretation than what was allowed in the MSM. France was, is, and always will be, obligated to do whatever London wanted, in part, because London gave, in effect nukes to France. In either case, we see that London controls France. And I wonder if it was France herself that Thatcher threatened to nuke, as I don’t think Mitterand cared much about Argentina; but he, and his family, lived in France.
We need to examine my hypothesis of British control of all things nuclear, and of the world in general. Many known facts support this. True conspiracy experts have noted that the British MI6 have always controlled the CIA, the KGB/FSB and the Mossad. I have cited that before the British perpetrated the 7/7 bombings on their own people, they made their serf, their slave, their agent, former Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu come to London as some sort of ludicrous patsy for the bogus conspiracy “experts,” who are paid by the MI6 to proclaim that all things are orchestrated by “Zionists.” MI6 control of “Communist” Russia is demonstrated when we note that Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev’s mistress was known to be a female MI6 agent! This was cited by Dick Russell, author of “The Man Who Knew Too Much” (read here). The book is about Richard Case Nagell, who was in the CIA and military intelligence, and who knew Oswald; and who may have become the patsy himself, but he realized this and got himself arrested first. My take: the MI6 woman to Nikita, was the route chosen by the PTB to pass orders from London to Khrushchev. His predecessor, Stalin, was also cited by Greg Hallett, in his book, “Hitler was a British Agent.” As was Hitler, a few years later, Hallett traces Stalin to London’s Tavistock Institute for indoctrination, brainwashing, torture, rape, etc., before being sent back home to become the future leader of his nation. Stalin’s fake famine, that killed tens of millions, was in the British mold of the Irish famine. Then, in the matter of WWII, the British Agent Stalin, did NOT fortify his nation’s eastern borders to try to stop the eventual German Nazi invasion. As a result, his country was overrun, and at least 20 million people were killed. The official, ludicrous reason for this grave error, claimed by corrupt, “official” historians, is that the paranoid Stalin only met one man he trusted-- Hitler!? But even before this, at the very start of WWII, it was not just Germany that invaded Poland, but the USSR did likewise, from the East. So Britain and France, by treaty with Poland, should have declared War on the USSR, as well as on Germany; but that didn’t happen-- it was all scripted.
Let us now examine the related question of Nazi Germany’s nuclear bomb development. Here the British/American intel controlled media, and “historians” have put out nothing but lies for six decades. Hitler, to his allegedly, dying day, claimed Germany would win the War, because they had an imminent weapon coming-- “Der Super [Weapon] or the “Wunderwaffe”-- miracle weapon. It has taken over 60 years for a glimmer of truth in these matters to appear.
But “Hitlers Bombe” as one German book is titled (by German historian, Rainer Karlsch-- not read by me) includes the author’s new research at Russian, and other archives. It describes a supposed nuclear test blast in a forest in Eastern Germany. Some are claiming that it was merely a “dirty bomb,” or radiological bomb. But eyewitnesses described a bright white flash, and subsequent wind blast, observed/felt at Thuringia-- which is said to have killed some 500 POWs and Concentration Camp inmates, or “untermenschen [subhumans]”-- Slavs and Jews. This appears to indicate a small, true, nuclear bomb, and not a dirty bomb. Note that the American PTB, like their German cohorts, also exploded a “small” nuclear bomb, on its own people-- who they too considered to be untermenschen, namely African-American sailors at Port Chicago. I have also previously cited this book, “Critical Mass: How Nazi Germany Surrendered Enriched Uranium for The United States' Atomic Bomb” by Carter Plymton Hydrick. (Read here.) It was about a German U-Boat sent “officially” to Japan, by the Nazis with Uranium-235, and advanced detonators for implosion. “Officially,” the boat was intercepted and taken into an American port. That author claims that the U-235 and implosion detonators on board were incorporated into the A-Bomb dropped on Hiroshima. The author believes all that to be accidents of War; while I have written that, at a deeper level, all this was planned, because the German nuclear work was all-- and always-- under British control! And the USA, by the Quebec Agreement, was the designated site for nuclear bomb development, under “joint” British/American control.
This relates, IMO, to why the railways to the extermination camps, and the camps themselves, were never bombed by American and British planes. Hydrick’s book contains the assertion that Auschwitz had nearby work factories, run by I.G. Farben, where its human slaves were forced to work on Uranium separation for the German A-Bomb. Please open this link, and read Hydrick’s chapter, and also carefully view the two astounding photos it contains! Likewise, most I.G. Farben factories, and its national headquarters were not bombed. All I.G. Farben factories that were involved in Germany’s A-Bomb work, were spared. But how could British and American Air Forces know which factories, concentration camps, etc., were involved in making Germany’s A-Bomb-- unless either 1. All things nuclear, in all countries, were under British control, or 2. A higher authority controlled both. This same logic, applies, BTW, for Operation Paperclip whereby the Mengeles of Nazi Germany were brought into the USA, and elsewhere, by the victors. It was no accident, and it had nothing to do with “combatting the USSR”, because that country too was controlled by the same “higher” authority
The total British control of top Germans, during WWII, includes Wilhelm Canaris, Hermann Goehring, and Heinrich Himmler; and it is very instructive to see how this ensured that Germany lost WWII, and that millions of human beings were tortured and killed. Canaris was head of the Abwehr/Military Intelligence. It is acknowledged by many, that Canaris was a British agent. Even wiki states that Canaris actually advised Spain’s dictator Franco NOT to allow the Nazis--Franco’s ally--to place German troops in his country; and told Franco that Germany was going to lose WWII! And this was after the Nazis greatly aided Franco, in Spain’s Civil War, to attain power. So in 1940-1942, when Germany was winning on most, or all fronts, Canaris was advising Franco that Germany would lose the War, and that he would benefit by not having German troops in his country. So Canaris knew the final outcome of WWII, 3-5 years before it happened, and acted to make sure the coming German loss would unfold. Hitler knew and allowed all this (probably ordered by London), until the very last days of the War, when Hitler had Canaris killed.
Hermann Goering was head of the Luftwaffe/Air Force and became the #2 man in the Third Reich. Goering, also a British agent, in his Luftwaffe capacity, made sure Germany would lose WWII. He allowed hundreds of thousands of British and allied troops to escape from Dunkirk. And he sacrificed his own Air Force during the Battle of Britain, by not first knocking out all British radar stations. The loss of much of the Luftwaffe ensured Germany’s loss of WWII. At the conclusion of the Nuremberg trials, Goering was the only convictee allowed to escape hanging, when he was clearly given a poison to take by his British or American captors, against “official” policy, and despite all the frequent body searches.
Heinrich Himmler was head of the Schutzstaffel (SS), and overseer of the Gestapo. He was the Master Exterminator; and he insisted on only surrendering to the British, at the end of WWII. Witnesses reported his being shocked at not being welcomed with open arms-- while he was apparently returning to Papa. His official cause of death, shortly after his surrender, is that he took poison; but witnesses to his corpse have revealed that his head had received one or more gunshots. His British captors blew his brains out-- the intel asset had served his purpose. Hitler, of course, also made sure Germany would lose, by his many obvious “errors/orders”. One main one was after invading the USSR, he did not shoot for the oil producing regions in the south-- and Germany’s war machine would therefore run out of petrol. Instead he went for the big cities, and basically lost the war at Stalingrad. Hitler also flew in his #2 (at that time) in 1941, Rudolf Hess, into Scotland, to ask his Masters, “What’s going on, you told me this and that would happen, why are you going full blast with this, when you promised we would sign a peace pact.”
As I have written, the real purpose of WWII was the creation, and use of nuclear bombs/mass murder on innocent human beings. Unlike President Truman’s (the 33rd degree Freemason who was the 33rd President) declaration that Hiroshima and Nagasaki were “military targets,” they contained almost entirely women, children and old men, and were religious shrines. Many top American military and civilian leaders opposed the nuking of Japanese civilians. They also knew that Japan had tried to surrender for months, before then. General Eisenhower is just one of many whose advise was ignored. Orders were coming from elsewhere. Likewise, the Cold War was also a ruse-- this time for the creation of massive numbers of ICBMs-- all with more and more powerful nukes. The real purpose of all these ICBMS, and nukes, I have revealed here for the first time. They were always geared towards either trying to smash the Grid/Quarantine around the Earth, or as a threat to destroy ALL of Mankind, unless our evil creators were allowed passage through the Quarantine, as I detailed here.
Now a related matter to mass murder via nuclear bombs, was its immediate predecessor in WWII. This was firestorm bombing. It was a way to mass murder human beings faster than anything before. In 1943, Britain’s General Arthur “Butcher” Harris was involved in massive repeated bombings of Hamburg, Germany. It was curiously called Operation Gomorrah. Some 40,000 civilians were said to have been killed. On Feb 13, 1945, British and American bombers, under the command of Britain’s General Harris, left Germany’s Dresden in a burnt out rubble pile. Initial reports stated that 100,000-250,000 civilians died in this first massive, firestorm bombing. Like the disappearing frames of the Zapruder film, Wiki reports that current death estimates are now down to 24,000-40,000. This wouldn’t surprise Orwell, who wrote on how history is controlled by the victors. Now within two weeks of Britain’s first firebombing of Dresden, American General Curtis LeMay began massive firebombing of Tokyo, and 63 other cities, in Japan. At least 100,000 people are said to have died in Tokyo on the night of March 9th, 1945. The total Japanese deaths (nearly all civilians), from the two atomic bombs, plus the firebombing of the 64 cities, has been estimated to be one million. However, the PTB have declared the “actual” number to be far less. Students of my Ultimate Truths series probably can guess what the official estimate, from the “United States Strategic Bombing Survey” is. The number is printed at the end of this article.*
Now we have seen from Smallpox blankets, to fake famine holocausts, to massive death camps, to nuking cities, the British, and those they control, never saw or knew of a weapon they did not use on Mankind. If my hypothesis here is correct, all nuclear holocausts, both large and small were ordered by London.

Now as the monsters in London are involved in the mass murder of Humanity, they fear this information being promulgated. They apparently fear someone-- either down here or ABOVE-- taking them, or London, off the map. (Cutting off the head of the chicken would be a good thing for Mankind.) This fear is the reason why agents of London, MI5/6 and everyone they control, expend huge amounts of money and manpower to point elsewhere for the world’s nefarious deeds. Pointing towards Commies/Reds, and Jews/Israelis/Zionists are the two main sets of hangouts. When I see a blog or website, or book, author etc. that attributes all evil either to “Reds/Commies” or to “Zionists,” I know I have found another asset of Langley, London, or Rome. As I have revealed here, Rome may well still have control over London, via White Pope/Black Pope/Jesuits, Knights Of Malta, Opus Dei, etc.-- entities that go back to the Glory days of the Roman Empire. Those in control of Mankind down here, and who apparently created this species, don’t like change, or exposing themselves to more than the very few humans, that may be necessary. So the chief monsters in London (Freemasons/Illuminati) are likely controlled by an even smaller number of monsters in Rome. And whom the conspirators in Rome take orders from, I have also revealed here.
As London runs the massive psyop or hangout, to try to hide London’s control of all things nuclear, and most of the evil in the world, by blaming everything on scapegoats, I ask you to promulgate this Ultimate Truth of British control of all things nuclear, and of these hidden agreements, to all the blogs and websites you can, while maintaining my copyright. * The “official” number of deaths from the two atomic bombings, and the firestorm bombing of the 64 Japanese cities is 330,000. As I have written, all things nuclear, and now all things related to mass murder of human beings, gets the coveted “33” from the PTB. BTW, my own calculations show that the one million deaths figure is far closer to the truth.
